The Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń cordially invites you to the Graduation Ceremony, which will take place on
10 January 2026 at 1 p.m. in the NCU Auditorium in Toruń, at ul. Gagarina 11.
This is a special day on which we proudly and emotionally celebrate the achievements of the graduates of the 2024/2025 academic year in the company of their loved ones and Faculty staff.
The programme of the ceremony includes speeches by representatives of the Faculty and University authorities and representatives of the graduates, the presentation of AACSB certificates, and a commemorative group photo.

Organisational information
1. Arrival and seating
Please arrive at 12:45 p.m. and take your designated seats (indicated in the invitations sent to your home addresses and in the attached file).
Seats in rows XVII–XX in the main section and XIX–XXIII in the side section are reserved for guests and accompanying persons.

2. Collection of diplomas
Diplomas and supplements can be collected from the Dean's Office:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.,
Saturday, 10 January 2026: 9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
3. Photographs from the ceremony
During the event, a photographer from the NCU Promotion Department will be taking photographs.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer.
After the ceremony, a commemorative group photo of the graduates
with the Dean, Vice-Deans, seminar supervisors and academic teachers will be taken.

4. Gowns
During the event, you will have the opportunity to rent gowns and caps for a fee at the rental shop, which will be open in the UMK Auditorium before the ceremony begins. Payment is cash only (the total cost of renting a gown and purchasing a cap is PLN 40).
Therefore, interested parties should arrive at the venue in good time, i.e. at 11.45 a.m.
