Dr Aranka Ignasiak-Szulc, Vice-Dean for International Cooperation, Dr Mateusz Tomanek and Dr Patrycja Gulak-Lipka visited the University of Lille (France) in connection with the awarding of diplomas to graduates of the Erasmus Mundus GOALS joint master's programme. This is already the second cohort of students, some of whom spent a semester at our Faculty. This year, the University of Lille was the coordinating institution for the programme.
The GOvernance & Administration of Leisure and Sports International Master (GOALS) is a joint Master programme organised by five leading European universities in the field of sports management. This unique Master programme is dedicated to meet students' needs as future professionals in several settings within the fields of sport, management and active leisure. Sport's growing economic, political and social significance and internationalisation of Sports organisations create a corresponding need for professionally well-trained sports managers.
