A meeting summarizing the second edition of the investment workshop entitled Practical Aspects of Investment and Construction Processes, which was conducted by representatives of APRO Construction and APRO Investment executives, was held on January 26, 2023. The event was organized by the Investment and Real Estate Student Scientific Circle.
The workshop consisted of three thematic blocks:
· Management of development projects - the speaker at this meeting was Krzysztof Balczerski, President of the Management Board of APRO Construction, a graduate of our Faculty;
· Legal aspects of the implementation of investment processes in real estate development companies, which was led by Marek Antonowicz, Vice President of the Management Board of APRO Investment, legal advisor;
· Marketing aspects and their impact on the attractiveness of real estate - speaker Magdalena Żarnowska, Marketing Manager of APRO Investment.
This year's edition was attended by 18 FESM students. During the last meeting, certificates confirming participation in the workshop were given to the students.
APRO Construction and APRO Investment support the teaching process carried out by the Department of Investment and Real Estate. In addition to investment workshops, the companies organize study visits to construction sites and professional internships, which are very popular among students.
