planning & implementing marketing research with the use of qualitative (group interviews, in-depth individual interviews, observation, projective techniques), and quantitative research methods (self-completion survey, standardized interviews); green consumer and employee behavior; inter-organizational collaboration for sustainable development, corporate volunteering.
