Accreditation Activity of AACSB International
One of the major activities of AACSB International isinclude providing accreditation for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs in business.
The scope of the AACSB International Accreditation covers the following:
- curricula;
- broadly understood organizsation of studies;
- scientific achievements, qualifications and structure of the employed faculty;
- realizsation of various forms of international cooperation;
- teaching and scientific facilities;
- administrational services.
Earning this prestigious accreditation means that an accredited educational institution is capable of meeting rigorous quality standards developed and revised by AACSB International.
At the end of September 2017 there were 796 AACSB-accredited institutions representing more than 50 countries, such as, for instance: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Columbia University, Harvard University, Yale University, London Business School, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Maastricht University and the University of Ljubljana.
