The Department of Investment and Real Estate

We are pleased to announce that the specialisation “Investment and Real Estate”, conducted by the Department’s staff in the second-cycle studies on the Management faculty, has once again been recognised in the international Eduniversal Best Masters Global Ranking 2021, in which it was ranked 68th among the world’s best graduate programmes in the Best Masters in Real Estate Management (Construction) category. Only two degree programmes offered by Polish universities were recognised in this category. The ranking was based on three criteria: 1/ the reputation of the programme and the university offering the studies, 2/ the amount of the first salary obtained by graduates, 3/ the level of student satisfaction.
